In this program for adults, learn how to help youth build
skills to take charge of their own safety – and how to
adapt skills based on their ages and life situations
everywhere they go.

We will practice strategies including:

• Make safety plans for the different times, places, and ways young people are going out in the community
• Recognize trouble and move away
• Spot common boundary-lowering tactics
• Deal confidently with threats and harassment
• Advocate for themselves and others
• Persist in getting the help they need!
